Another form of exercise - Washing Car

I know a lot of girls don't wash their cars (except for maids). They are afraid of the sun exposure, their manicure will be spoiled and it's not very girly to wash a car. A friend even commented that he never come across any girl who will wash their car except for 2 women. Well ... now he knows the 3rd one.

But let me share with you the benefits of washing car. I do it every weekend. I've my family and the whole neighborhood to witness that.

The whole process takes about 1 hour for a small car like Kelisa to be cleaned inside out!

Before and after cleaning the wheels to our Kelisa

You get to sweat it out under the sun which provides the much needed Vitamin D for our body and skin (according to some sources, 15 mins of cash washing will burn 43 extra kcal). Have you ever seen a fat car wash guy?

You firm up your butt by squatting, standing, squatting, standing ... get the idea? Err mine still need another 100 washes to achieve the result I desire :P

Tired of doing the couple stuff i.e. movies & shopping? Why not invite your other half for a fun and stimulating car washing exercise! I know I will ;)

It's cheaper and more environment friendly. Imagine you have to pay $10 for a cash wash and it rains when you hit the road after collecting you newly wash car ... I don't about you but I would be pissed :(

Need I say more? I look forward to my weekend exercise. How about you, babes?

The Sichuan earthquake (四川大地震), at a magnitude of 7.9, occurred on 12 May 2008 in Sichuan province of China. Official figures (as of 19 May) stated that 34,073 are confirmed dead and 245,108 injured. My Workstation

Couple of weeks ago, the IT guy in my office asked if I would like to change my Mac. Immediately I said yes because I absolutely hate the current eMac I'm using. It's way to bulky and slow especially when I need to use 10 different programs @ the same time!

Why so many programs? Well, I definitely need iTunes to start the day. Then I've tons of email to reply. I read all current news online and do some Youtubing. I have to come up with stimulating topics for this blog. Do a bit of Photoshoping and keep in touch with my friends via MSN. On top of all this, I still need to work my butt off (but size refuse to go down, why oh why?) with serious stuff which I get paid for. This is all hard work man. And someone even have the guts to said I live a good life!

Anyway, IT guy gave me this.

Paired with this.

and I got this. Neat :)

The Mac Mini is definitely faster in speed with Intel Core 2 Duo. And watching movie with a 19" flat monitor is pretty cool ... which of course I don't do it (often).

Match-Maker Wannabe The Sequel

Remember this conversation? Well ... we had a follow-up 'date' and the official introduction to Mr Eric Tsang :) Err actually it's too nasty for me to called him Eric Tsang because that's not his name but for the sake of my readers, we'll have to borrow the name for now.

There are 4 of us, him, me, my sister and cousin sister (the match-maker).
Date: 9 May 2008
Time: 7.30 p.m.
Venue: Wong Kok Char Chan Teng, Pavilion KL (ya it's cheap food)

ET came in last and the minute I saw him ... my first reaction was ... he is really short for a guy! I'm 100% sure he is even shorter than the real Eric Tsang because Eric Tsang is 5"4' according to Google. This dude is 5"3'. When I'm standing next to him, I have to look down!

Now he doesn't look like Eric Tsang at all but another person ... take a wild guess ... he is the chinese version of our Education Minister! Especially when he smiles ... it's like his long lost 1/2 brother or something *gulp* :(

After all the intro, he said he recognized me and that I've not change a bit since the last time we met (which I've absolutely no idea when and so are my cousin). I was extremely happy because that means I can still retain my youthfulness after all these years. He even mistaken me as the youngest among the babes and that I'm actually the younger sister! My dear sister got so upset because of his remarks and now trying to review her lifestyle.

I of course was grinning ear to ear and thank you SK-II, my miracle water for the job well done.

So we started to chat about general stuff but during the whole time, it's more like we are digging into his personal life and reasons he broke off with his ex. Anyway, after chatting for more than 2 1/2 hours ... so the jury@me concluded the following:

He doesn't believe in putting efforts in any relationships. He likes to be in control. He thinks romantic stuff are only for the young. He care for his dogs more than his girl. He's the typical male chauvinist. I think this is the main reason why his ex dumped him!

He likes to ASSUME! (don't you know ... ASSUME is making the ASS OUT OF U AND ME!)

He is not IT savvy @ all. He said he doesn't need any PC @ home because he doesn't feel the need of owning one. He doesn't even know what is facebook! Duh! Even my dad wants to explore the world wide web @ 62.

His thinking is too century old! He cannot accept any woman older than him because he thinks women over 40s are unable to get pregnant! How pathetic is that? And apparently he needs to have a son to carry the family line so that he can answer to his ancestors! *&^%$# Gawd!

There are many more 'interesting findings' but I'm not going to reveal it here. I think my cousin is going to skin me alive after reading this entry (please don't be surprise if I never blog again because I might be buried somewhere!).

Well ... based on the above 'qualities' in that fella ... I think I'll pass. Next please.

When I Fall In Love ...

Falling in love is a magical experience, which comes with joy, laughter, anger, tears and other excess baggage. But still … everybody should fall in love @ least once in their lifetime.

I’ve been into serious relationships before but unfortunately it never ends with a happily ever after. Now in search of a new chapter in my life, I’ve came up with some simple requirements (not necessary limit to and in no particular order) on my future beau:-

He has to share with me his thoughts, his problems, his joy, his fears, his song, his passion and his most intimate moment. There's nothing more important than to communicate with your other half and 'walk side-by-side' together. Don't you know? Communication breakdown is one of the major failure in any relationship.

He has to be my man! Small gestures like make sure I reach home safely, holding the door for me, stand by my side blocking the on-coming traffic while crossing the road or surprise me with flowers once in a blue moon will do the trick. See so simple.

He has to hold me in his arms when I’m upset and say, “everything will be okay baby, I’m here”.

He has to make me laugh with his sense of humor. A dude who doesn’t know how to crack a joke or two … to me is like a piece of wood! No life!

He has to listen when I start ranting about work, morons, bitches and PMS. Sorry dude, it’s a women's thingy :)

He has to smell good so that I can scratch his neck with kisses (vampire wannabe). Once, I get turned on by a man who smells so good that I almost walk up to him and ask which cologne he uses.

He has to know how to cook. I tell you, most of the modern babes out there admire dudes who can cook. Jamie Oliver, Curtis Stone. They might not have the looks but when you see them take over the kitchen, they look so freaking hot and sexy. You just can’t help but to move in and give them a pinch in the butt!

He has to keep up with the world of technology so that we can converse in the same wavelength (and I don’t mean the remote control).

He has to understand why I need to have different pair of high heels because high heels were invented to make a women’s ass look perkier (don’t believe me? next time observe those babes in high heels and you will get it).

He has to go for a holiday with me once in a while because you need to get away from daily routine to stimulate the relationship.

He has to give me personal time off in our relationships. I still need my family and friends.

He has to be my chauffeur when I need one and drive smart when I’m in the car. I can’t stand F1 driver wannabe or some jerks who thinks his ancestor’s invented tar roads.

He has to be a friendly and yet not flirty. He is allowed to stare at cleavages but only for 5 seconds provided his nose is not bleeding by that time.

He has to hold my hands till I’m 80 years old (if I’m still alive by then) but by 81 he can hold whoever hands he wants.

He has to love me for who I’m and accept the ‘whole package’.

In return for all the above … I’ll love him with all my heart. Because when I fall in love, it will be forever ... unless ... something drastic happen along the way which is beyond my control.

So WHERE ARE YOU dude?
